Once you’ve submitted your information, you’ll receive a secure link to access our banking information by email to complete your donation. Once we receive confirmation of cleared funds in our account, we will send you confirmation of receipt using the information you have provided in the form.

Once you have completed and submitted this form, you will receive a secure link to access our banking information in order to complete your donation. After we have received your gift, we will send you a tax receipt using the information you have listed here.
